Do you want to search in all categories or in this category ?
If you go to Settings → Application → Parties you can enable the read-only mode for Parties.
This means that no user, even admins, can create or edit relations and legal entities.
Simply toggle the button to ‘No’ and click on ‘Save’.
This also deactivates the option to add custom fields, tags and contacts to relations.
