You can edit certain contract fields in bulk in Contractify. Following fields are editable in bulk:
Subfolder and owner*
Verified
Value
Relations
Own legal entity
Tags
Contract types
Select the contracts you want to edit in bulk (via menu “Contracts”). You will see the button “edit” appear down below:
When you click on the “edit” button, you have the option to select fields to edit in bulk:
Enter the new value and click on save.
*Because of the reading rights, you always need to edit both subfolder and owner to make sure the owner is already linked to the subfolder. An admin can always edit the access rights.
