To ensure the security of your contracts and documents, Contractify always ensures that all files are backed up. In addition, you can also choose to back up your files to Amazon S3 Storage or any S3-compatible storage.
In addition to being backed up by Contractify, your documents are also backed up in Azure to ensure they are backed up by yet another party, Amazon for example.
You can activate this integration in the Marketplace, by going to the "Settings" section.
To configure the integration, you’ll need:
The account key
The account secret
The region in which the bucket is located
The endpoint for the storage bucket
The name of the storage bucket
Typically, after updating the disk's credentials to match the credentials of the service you are planning to use, you only need to update the value of the endpoint configuration option.
Once configured, a copy of each uploaded document will be saved to the Amazon S3 Bucket.
