Credits can be used for e-signing. You can check the amount of credits that you still have left in the "Settings" section by selecting "Integrations". Then you click on the "Esigning credits activation needed" button in the Integrations overview.
On top of the "Purchase eSigning credits" page you can see how many credits you have left and when they expire. On this page you can also purchase more credits if needed.
