Hi there!
Summer is here, and we haven't been sitting still.
From cleaner document signing workflows to a brand-new partner marketplace, here's what's new, plus a few quiet improvements under the hood that keep everything running smoother.
Our latest updates:
Partially signed & editable signed statuses
Signing status on version cards
New login page
Marketplace for Partners
Flow history moved back to detail page
German translation improvements
Back-end improvements & code modernization
New app version indicator
Introducing our new packages: Centralize, Collaborate and Control
Comments and messages sent to stakeholders are now visible directly in the History drawer of a flow. This gives you a complete, chronological view of all communication and activity in one place
The latest version of a document can now be manually marked as signed or partially signed. This gives you more control over reflecting the real-world state of your documents, even when the signing happened outside the platform.
The document detail overview tab now shows the signing status for each version. At a glance, you can see exactly where each file stands, no need to open individual versions to check.
First impressions matter. The login page has been refreshed with a new look and layout, cleaner, more modern, and consistent with the rest of the platform experience.
A new Marketplace section for Partners is now available in the navigation, between Recycle bin and Settings. Contractify admins can use it to request help from a partner directly. Team members can also notify their admin when they'd like to explore partner support. And to keep things clear: the previous Marketplace, where you manage integrations like SharePoint import or e-signing, is now called Integrations.
Based on your feedback, the flow history has been moved out of the side drawer and back onto the flow detail page, where it was before. Everything is right there in context, without needing to open a separate panel.
We've continued refining the German translations across the platform, making the experience more natural and accurate for German-speaking users.
Not everything that ships is visible. This period, we've been modernizing parts of the codebase, including the flow configurator, and improving how webhooks are triggered to reduce duplicate or missed events. These changes keep the platform reliable and set the stage for faster feature development ahead.
No more wondering whether you're on the latest version. When a new version of Contractify is available, a reload button will now appear in the bottom left corner of the platform. One click refreshes the page and gets you up to date instantly.
We've been working on something bigger in the background: a new way to structure how you use Contractify, built around three clear packages.
Centralize and Collaborate are now available, and we recently hosted a webinar walking through what each package offers and how to make the most of them. If you missed it, you can watch the replay right here: link
Control is our most complete package, designed for organizations that want full oversight of their entire contract library. Think AI across your whole library and custom prompts, as well as customizable privilege sets, giving you precise control over who can do what. Interested in upgrading? That's a wrap for this update. Thank you for your continued feedback: it shapes everything we build. As always we keep on working on more things to run things smoothly on the platform and to answer your needs even more.
