How to manage document types?

For each document that is added to Contractify, you have the possibility to assign a document type to it. Doing this will allow you to categorize and filter your documents per type

Contractify provides a list of default document types such as addendum, DPA, engagement letter, general terms and conditions, proposal, … This list can be personalized in the settings according to your own requirements.

To do so, go to Settings > Document types:

  • Click on ‘New’ to add new document types

  • Click on ‘Edit’ to edit the name of an existing document type
