How to choose the most suitable e-signing engine?

PROVIDERS

DocuSign and Nitro are two different providers, supported by Contractify for digital signing of documents.

CONVERTING

By default a Contractify account is configured to use Docusign. Converting to Nitro will be possible in the Marketplace where the signing integration is configured.

Note: once the initial choice has been made, converting is only possible when there are no more signing documents in progress.

FEATURES

*DocuSign: Once a signed document is sent again in a signing flow, it has been altered. Since previous signers can not know if what they signed is still valid, DocuSign removes previous certificates. The signatures will still be visible, but the certificates which validate the signatures will be removed.

** It’s not possible to sign an envelope with multiple documents with Itsme and DocuSign.

HOW TO ACTIVATE THE E-SIGNING MODULE

By default a Contractify account is configured to use Docusign. It is possible to convert to Nitro in the Marketplace where digital signing is configured.

Click on the green button ‘Configure integration’.

Note: Only when there are no more documents in progress.

Go to Marketplace > E-signing > Manage plan
