Reject a flow:

As a flow collaborator you can reject a flow when a flow task is assigned to you. This can either be an approval task or a signing task. You will receive an email with the request to approve/sign or you can approve/sign directly in the app:

To reject an approval flow you can just click on “Reject” and fill in the reason for rejection:

All flow collaborators will receive an email with the reason for rejection.

To reject a signing step, you will need to this on the signing platform (whether this is Docusign or Connective):

The flow will receive the status “Rejected” in Contractify. The flow initiator can restart the flow by clicking on “Restart flow” and then click on “Yes”:

The flow initiator can upload a new version of the document and send it again to all flow collaborators without having to set the flow up again. You can still edit the flow steps or remove/add one of the collaborators. If nothing needs to be changed, you can just click on “Start flow”.

You will see below “Activity” on the flow page that the flow has been restarted and when this happened:

Pausing a flow & restarting or fully abort a flow:

As a flow initiator (or admin) you can put a flow on hold by clicking on the flow you desire to pause. On the flow detail page you can choose the option “Put on hold”:

You will see that the flow now has the status “on hold”:

The flow initiator has now the option to resume or fully abort the flow. Click on “ show options” in the top right corner:

If you abort the flow, you can inform the stakeholders. You can send a message to everyone involved, to the flow initiator only or don’t send anything:

Now the flow has been aborted.

If you resume the flow you will have the same options:
