How to subscribe/watch to a Flow or Contract?

Note: This is only for the Professional Tier

Flow:

If you aren’t a flow initiator or involved in a flow but still would like to receive notifications (when the Flow is completed, put on hold, or aborted):

Go to Flows -> Click on the Flow you would like to ‘watch’ -> Press “W” or click on the ‘eye’ icon on the top right of your screen.

You can see who else is watching or click on “+ add Watchers” to add additional people who would like to receive notifications regarding this Flow. 

Notifications you’ll receive when ‘Watching’:

• The flow is aborted

• The flow is resumed

• The flow is rejected

• The flow is completed (does not include signed documents)

Contracts

If you aren’t the contract owner or task owner but still would like to receive notifications regarding this contract you can:
Go to Contracts -> Click on the Contract you would like to ‘watch’ -> Press “W” or click on the ‘eye’ icon on the top right of your screen.

Notifications you’ll receive when ‘Watching’:

• The contract has ended

• The contract is extended
