Customizing and switching between flow views

You can choose the way you view flows in Contractify. In the menu go to “Flows” and in the right top corner you will be able to switch between board or list view. 

Both views have the same options, there’s only a difference in layout. You can choose the view you prefer by clicking on one of the buttons: 

Board view

• Customize your view by selecting your preferred columns in the drop down menu

• Find your flow swiftly via the search bar

List view

• Customize your view by hiding columns via the setting wheel

• Find your flow swiftly via Filters

In both views you have the option to view and download the documents attached to the flow without having to open the flow:

Click on the document to view or download the document: 

If the document was deleted afterwards, it will also be indicated: 

You can view deleted documents by going via “Documents” → filters → toggle the button “is deleted”. 

All your flow preferences will be saved.
