How to setup Okta SSO using SAML

Before you begin

Ask our support team to enable the module “SAML 2.0 Login” for your company.

Setup the integration in Contractify

1. Login to your company in Contractify

2. Go to Settings →Marketplace

3. Activate the integration called “SAML 2.0 SSO login”

4. Open the panel “Service Provider” and copy:

   1. ACS URL

   2. Entity ID

Configure Okta to get the Metadata URL

1. Login to your Okta instance

2. In the sidebar, go to “Applications” → “Applications”

3. Create a new App Integration

4. Select “SAML 2.0” as the integration type

5. In the general settings, give the app a name and logo

6. Click “Next” to configure SAML

7. In the field “Single sign-on URL”, paste in the ACS URL obtained from 4.a above

8. In the field “Audience URI (SP Entity ID) “, paste in the Entity ID obtained in 4.b above

9. In the field “Name ID format”, choose the option “EmailAddress”

10. Click “Next” to continue

11. Click “Finish” to create the application

12. Copy the “Metadata URL” which is shown in the final screen

Finish the configuration in Contractify

1. Use the following configuration settings:

   1. Configure using: “Metadata URL”

   2. Identity Provider Metadata URL (XML): use the Metadata URL obtained in step 12 above.

2. Click “Save” to activate the integration.

3. You should now be able to login with Okta into Contractify.
