Task escalation to manager is an extra safety mechanism you can configure in order to not miss deadlines. The manager will get notified in case a user should lose sight of a deadline. This allows the manager to take action if necessary.
How do I configure task escalation to manager?
Go to settings and click on “application”.
Enable “task escalation to manager” by clicking on the slider and click on “save”.
You have now configured task escalation to manager.
