In 2025, we’re excited to make Contractify better, easier, faster and bigger. We have some huge updates for you this year and can’t wait to share it all with you!
This month’s update brings: 

• Add Company name in the daily digest mail

• Added “This document was approved by”

• Full text search on the user list

1. Add Company name in the daily digest mail

The daily notifications are now grouped by company when the user is linked to multiple companies. This makes it easier to see which company the notification is related to!

2. Added “This document was approved by”

When a flow contains signing and approval, the signing request mail will now show who approved the document for internal signers. 

3. Full text search on the user list

Admins, we hear you! It’s now possible to perform a text search in the user list.

4. Added ClauseBase integration in the Marketplace

We're excited to announce our new integration with Clausebase!

5. More detailed history log

We've enhanced the history log for greater accuracy.
For example: You can now track who has (temporarily) replaced a contract owner.

6. New Email selector

The new Email selector just received a fancy new User Interface!
Tip: You can link emails (with attachment) to contracts by clicking on “Link Email” in the Contract Tab.

7. Unique Tags

Creating a new tag with the same name is not possible anymore to ensure consistency and to prevent duplicates!
