  1. The new Contract editor!

Our biggest update of this summer! A completely new Contract Editor! ⚠️ Important: the workdesk will be removed in mid-September, so make sure you’ve already switched to the new editor by then.

  1. The recycle bin

Accidentally deleted something? No worries! With the new Recycle Bin, all deleted documents, contracts, and emails are now stored safely for 30 days before being permanently deleted. This gives you more control and peace of mind.

  1. Better language management for flows and collaborators

We’ve made language handling more flexible. The flow approver’s language can now be configured, ensuring that all related emails are sent in the correct language you’ve chosen. This makes collaboration across teams and regions much smoother.

  1. Columns in the Parties table are now customizable

You can now change your tables in the Parties-tab as you can with all other tables in the platform.

  1. Filtering on empty custom fields

Need more precise filtering? You can now filter on empty values in custom fields, making it easier to spot missing information and keep your data clean and consistent.

  1. Adding a drag-and-drop functionality to the new editor
Due to all of the feedback we've received regarding the new contract editor, we've added the drag-and-drop functionality to the new editor. You can now drag files from your desktop into the new contract editor and they will automatically be uploaded.

These updates are designed to make your experience with Contractify more efficient, intuitive, and tailored to your needs. We’re excited for you to try them out!
