Contractify Product Update May 2024

Meanwhile our Development Team has worked hard behind the scenes to bring you the following updates:

Team Contractify

1. New Summaries

We updated our summary section in the Workdesk in order to create more beautiful and neat summaries 🤓

2. Custom fields now available in exports
   
   For all you Excel or Google Sheet fans; We’ve now made it possible to export custom fields linked to contracts or documents!
   
   

3. Google Maps linked to Parties

Curious where your supplier lives or you just want to send a birthday card? It’s now possible with the new Google Maps link when you click on a Relation!

4. Added the option to enforce 2FA on company level

Two factor authentication can now be enforced for all users of a company under Settings → Application

5. Filter on uploader in the Workdesk

You can now filter on the uploader in the Workdesk.
No more scrolling through other people's documents!

6. Extra KVK information on the relation detail page

When a party has a KVK number, we now show additional information on the party detail page: Company type, Activities (with their Nace codes), links to financial statements, former names of the company, …
KBO data is also shown for Belgian VAT-numbers.

7. Option to enable read only-mode for Parties

We now added the option to enable a read only-mode for parties.
You can enable this via Settings → Application → Parties
