Contractify Product Update November 2023

Hi there!

We are excited to share with you the most important updates we have made to our product this month. We've worked hard to improve functionality, enhance user experience, and introduce new features. Please find the details of these updates below:

Team Contractify

• Flow List

There is now a toggle button on the flow page that lets you switch between two views!

The flow progress is now also shown on the detail page.

The flow list and board views now also show approval / signing action buttons for the current user similar to what the e-signing page does.

We also made some bug fixes to the flow progress bar which wasn’t always correct when you had e.g. flows with steps in sequential order.

• Bulk Editing

We have added the option to do a bulk edit of relations.

You can bulk edit the following relation properties:

• Tags

• Legal Form

• Country

• Contract Expected

• Relations Avatar

Relations now have an avatar! The avatar is based on the website address and fetches the so-called “favicon”.

• UX Improvements

We’ve made some improvements to the different table views. 

Instead of having a separate column for each property, we combined multiple data fields into a single column.  

For “Contracts”; underneath the contract name, we now show the folder / subfolder in which the contract is stored. Same for the “Relations”- and “Documents” page.

• Creating a new office or department

When you create a new office or department, you can now immediately link the correct user(s) to it.

• Warning message when deleting offices, departments, …

When removing one of the following, you will get a better confirmation message saying how many contracts/documents/etc are linked to it:

• Office

• Department

• Tag

• Relation tag

• Contract type

• Document type

• Custom field

• Workdesk Design & Improvements

We refreshed the Workdesk in a new sleek design!
A lot of gradients were removed to reduce visual clutter to make it easier on the eyes.
We also updated the Contract Editor so it’s less clicking and more kicking!

• Bug fixes & Performance upgrades

We crushed some bugs and made overall performance upgrades to make contract management more efficient and smoother!
