Contractify Product Update: October 2024

As we move into November, we're excited to share some key updates to make your experience with Contractify even better. From new features to enhanced functionality, we've focused on creating improvements that make managing your contracts easier and more efficient. 

Here’s a quick look at the key changes we’ve made:

1. Updated the lay-out in app

We’ve made some small changes to the UI in Contractify.
Exciting things are on the horizon, and we can’t wait! 

2. New status badges

Together with the updated lay-out, we introduced some new status badges for Contracts. Aren’t they pretty? ✨

3. Added filter ‘is none of’

We’ve made some adjustments and added the filter: ‘is none of’.

4. Export of known signers

Admins can now export the list of known signers. You can do this by going to Settings → Application → Signing → Export

5. Collapse sidebar on smaller screens

For users with 2-in-1 devices or 13” laptops, the sidebar will now collapse to create a larger workspace — no more squinting to find the right contract!

You can open/close the sidebar by clicking on the 3 horizontal lines in the top left corner.

6. Sharepoint integration

The Sharepoint integration is live!
Admins can freely set this up by going to Settings → Marketplace → Sharepoint
