Language enhancements
We have refined numerous sentences and adjusted wording across the platform to improve clarity and consistency. The most significant changes apply to the English version of the platform. The French and Dutch versions remain unchanged.
Adding state/province to parties
To better support clients who need to distinguish parties by state or province, we have added a new input field for this information in the settings.
Filtering by empty values
You can now filter by empty values. This update allows you to identify documents and contracts where certain metadata fields have not been completed, making data management more transparent and efficient.
Permanently deleting items
In our last big update we added the Recycle Bin. In phase 1 you could reactive documents, contracts and email. Now you can also choose to permanently delete them if necessary without contacting support.
Update on the flow document selector
The flow document selector now allows searching on a document name.
A big update for Ada, our AI
You may have noticed that Ada now provides more comprehensive and precise answers. This improvement is part of a major update that introduces several key features:
Ada now displays source references alongside her responses.
She can also determine whether a contract is terminable at any time.

Improved the mail settings
The incoming and outgoing mail settings are now separate items under "Settings".
Keeping your data safe
We discovered and immediately fixed a bug that, under very specific conditions, could show some contract overview fields in the wrong customer’s list. No worries, contract content and documents were never at risk. We’ve fixed the bug and added extra safeguards so you can keep working with full confidence.
