New party detail page
The party detail page has been visually redesigned to provide a cleaner and more intuitive user experience. A similar update to the document detail page will follow soon.
Added the "Trade Register" field to parties
A new “Trade Register Number” field has been added to the party detail page. This enhancement supports organizations working with international parties, particularly those outside Belgium and the Netherlands.
Dark Mode
Dark Mode is now available. You can enable it via the icon located next to the search bar in the top navigation, allowing for a more comfortable viewing experience.
Mails can be customised for approvers
Approval flow emails can now be personalized. Administrators can configure templates for approvers via the Outgoing Mail settings to ensure consistent and tailored communication.
Multiple reminders for tasks
Tasks now support multiple reminders. These reminders can also be standardized in your settings to align with your internal processes. Read more here
The platform is now faster!
We have implemented several technical optimizations to enhance platform speed, particularly in file loading, uploading, and viewing. These improvements ensure a smoother and more efficient experience.
"Documents" has been renamed to "Files"
To provide clearer terminology, the navigation item previously labeled “Documents” has been renamed to “Files.” This change better distinguishes contracts from associated files.
Enhanced contract history logs
Contract history logs now display who edited a contract and when the edit was made, improving transparency and traceability.
Language visibility settings
Administrators can now choose which platform languages are available to users. Unnecessary language options can be deactivated in the Application Settings.
Added "legal entity" to the tasks filters
A new “Legal Entity” filter has been added to the task overview, enabling better visibility into open tasks across different entities.
Improved the export functions
Exports are now customizable. Users can select which columns to include, allowing for more tailored and relevant reporting. Read more about it here
