Contractify’s folders and subfolders are the equivalent of the cardboard binders and dividers where you would keep all your contracts and other documents that used to sit on a shelf in your office.

Linking documents to folders is an important step as it will allow you to create a clear and logical structure in your account and it will make searching for a specific document or contract that much easier.

When adding documents to your Contractify environment, you will be able to assign them to a specific folder and subfolder. According to your access rights, you will see a certain list of options.

Folders are the main categories and subfolders are the subcategories. 


The folders and subfolders you have access to is defined in the settings of your account. This means that according to the access rights that have been defined for your user account, different users may see different folders.
