You can now grant access to your account to our Customer Support team so that they can impersonate the same exact view of your application.
This can be done by clicking in the top right corner on your name. You will see that a dropdown menu will appear. Then go to user settings and scroll down to ‘Support’. If you toggle the button on, you have now granted access to the Support team.
If you no longer need support, you can always manually turn off access. Otherwise there is a time limit and access will automatically be turned off.
