How do I send a welcome mail?

When you add a new employee (read more here), You’ll see that you can choose to send a welcome mail to this user in the very last step of the process.

If you select “send welcome mail”, a welcome mail shall be sent out immediately. If you deactivate this, you can always choose to send the mail later.

Go to “Settings” > “Employees” and select the employee that has yet to receive a welcome mail by clicking on his/her name. By looking at the status, you’re able to see who still hasn’t received their welcome mail or who has been invited to Contractify, but has not yet configured their password. 

After selecting the employee, you’ll see an overview on your right hand side. This will show you whether or not a welcome mail has been sent. 

After sending the mail, by clicking the “send welcome mail” button, you’ll be able to see when the mail has been sent. As long as the employee doesn’t configure their password, their status will be displayed as “invited”.

When you go to the employee that is invited, you can choose to resend the welcome mail.
