Click here to open in new tab

There are two options to add a relation.

1. Via relations

The first option is to go through ‘Relations’ in the menu on the left side. You will get an overview of your already existing relations.

To add a relation, click on ‘New’ in the upper right corner.  You will get a window where you can fill in data of the new relation, such as name, address, VAT number, etc. The name is obligatory, other items are optional. Click on ‘Save’ and the relation is successfully added.

UPDATE

You can also add relations by VAT number. This means that when filling out the VAT number, you’ll see “look up address information” appear. Click on this button and other fields will be filled out automatically.

2. Via contracts

The second option is to go through contracts. When you create or edit a contract, you can link a relation to the contract. If the relation does not exist in Contractify yet, you can create it starting from the contract.

First go to ‘Contracts’ in the menu on the left side. Select the contract to which you need to link a relation.

On the right side there is a box ‘Relations’, where you can add one or more relations and one or more of your own legal entities. Click on the pencil icon to edit the box. To add a new relation click on the button ‘Add new relation.

You will get the same window where you can fill in data of the new relation, such as name, address, VAT number, etc. The name is obligatory, other items are optional. Click on ‘Save’ and the relation is successfully added. Again, you can just fill out the VAT number and other fields will be completed automatically.
