The sun is back in the country and just like it; we've got some bright and exciting updates to share with you! Most of these updates are related to the UI and UX of the platform while our team is working hard to deliver a few major updates over the summer.

   Replace a signer in a flow

Admins and initiators are now able to replace approvers and signers within a flow when it is put on hold. Read more about this here

• Bulk signing for Nitro Sign

Everyone using a Nitro Sign engine (the default Contractify one or a custom one) can now bulk sign all their packages in one go (except for Itsme or manual + eID). Read more about it here

• Make default country extension for phone numbers customisable

Under the settings tab, under application, admins can now set a default country for telephone numbers to be used in the flows and relations.

• Improved the speed of Ada suggestions

Our developers have worked on optimizing the speed at which Ada, our AI assistant, searches and finds the needed suggestions to automatically fill in your metadata.

• Soft-save a filter when switching navigation items

Filters are now soft-saved whenever you switch navigation items. If you apply a filter on contracts for example, you go to the flows and turn back to the contracts, the applied filter will still be active.
