Hi there!

Spring is here, and so is a new wave of updates to keep your workflow blooming. We've been busy behind the scenes fine-tuning performance, polishing features, and planting the seeds for some exciting new capabilities.

Here's everything that's fresh this season.

Our latest updates:

  • Comments and messages visible in history of a flow

  • Icon for files signed via Contractify

  • E-signing page removed

  • Tasks can now have a 0-day period

  • Consistent task terminology

  • Refined export functionality

  • Deleting a user without contracts no longer requires a transfer

  • Improved user and teams detail page

  • New party and file detail page

  • Redesigned detail pages for Folders, Offices and Departments

  • Standardized history across files, contracts and flows

  • Improved UX for select filters

  • Relation Tags renamed to Party Tags

Comments and messages visible in history of a flow

Comments and messages sent to stakeholders are now visible directly in the History drawer of a flow. This gives you a complete, chronological view of all communication and activity in one place

Icon for files signed via Contractify

Files that have been signed directly within Contractify are now clearly marked with a dedicated icon. This makes it instantly clear which documents were signed in-platform when selecting files in the Contract Editor.

E-signing page removed

The standalone e-signing page has been removed to streamline the platform navigation. E-signing functionality remains fully available, it's now integrated into the Flows, Files or Contract pages.

Allow a period of 0 days for tasks

Tasks can now be configured with a 0-day period, giving you full flexibility for workflows that require immediate action, no lead time needed.

Consistent task terminology

Task-related labels and terminology have been aligned across the entire platform. The terminology has been changed from "Not Accomplished" to "Open" and from "Accomplished" to "Done".

Refined export functionality

Exporting got smarter. Your last export settings are now automatically remembered, so you don't have to reconfigure every time. Column headings in exported files are also now translated into the user's language, making reports easier to read and share across teams. On top of that, you can now include a direct link to the resource in your exports, making it simple to trace any item back to its source in the platform.

Deleting a user without contracts no longer requires a transfer

When deleting a user who has no contracts or tasks linked to their account, you can now delete them directly, no transfer step required.

Improved user and teams detail page

The user detail page and Teams detail page has been updated with a clear layout and better organization of information, making it more clear that admins have access to all Folders, Departments and Offices, and who belongs to which Team with which role.

New party and file detail page

The party and file detail page has been reworked to give you a more organized view of each party or file, following the layout of the contract overview page.

Redesign of detail pages for Folders, Offices and Departments

The detail pages for Folders, Offices, and Departments have been fully redesigned to offer a more consistent, structured overview. Making changes is now more visually consistent with the rest of the platform.

Standardization of history in files, contracts and flows

The history view across files, contracts, and flows has been unified into a single, consistent experience. No matter where you're working, you'll now find the same structure and level of detail.

Improved UX for select filters

When working with filters that have many options, the dropdown list no longer blocks the apply button. You can now browse all available options and confirm your selection without any overlap.

Relation Tags renamed to Party Tags

What was previously called "Relation Tags" is now "Party Tags," better reflecting how these labels are actually used — to identify and categorize the parties involved in a contract, which can be both relations as well as legal entities.

Another season, another step forward, and we couldn't do it without you. Thank you for growing with us and for the feedback that keeps pushing us to do better. We're excited for what's ahead, and can't wait to share what's already in the works.
