Until recently, digital signing in Contractify was possible using the integration with Connective. As of today we also have an integration with Docusign.

By default the Connective integration is active. A switch to Docusign is possible by activating this integration in the Marketplace.

Attention: this will only be possible when all signature flows are finished or aborted.

Since both providers use a different calculation for digital signing, we have searched for a unified payment system.

What will change in practice??

Current system

1 credit = 1 signature (with exception of Itsme: + 2 credits)

Package of e.g. 800 euros = 500 credits

New system:


FAQ's

  1. Do I need to do anything if I want to continue using Connective?
    No. You don't have to change anything. The only difference is in the new credit system. Your current credits will be automatically transferred to the new system.

  2. Will the prices become more expensive if I want to continue using Connective
    No. The prices will not become more expensive as a result of this change. We also remain to offer a volume discount (from 5000 credits) when purchasing a higher number of credits

  3. Do the credits still have unlimited validity?
    The credits remain valid indefinitely regardless of the choice of provider. When your credits are used up, your package will be automatically renewed and charged.

  4. Can I choose per document or per flow via which provider I have a document signed?
    No, unfortunately this is not possible. For the time being, the setting is still done at the environmental level.

  5. What should I do if I want to switch to Docusign?
    It is only possible to switch providers when all documents sent out have been signed or when the signing process has been aborted.

    When this is OK, go to Settings → Marketplace → Configure digital signatures

  6. Will I lose my current credits when I switch to the new system?
    No, with this switch everything will automatically be transferred to the new system. The credits are not lost in this case.

  7. Are there any other differences between the two providers, apart from the price?
